Due to the recent problems that we are encountering with our present provider we have decided to get a new provider for all the incoming customers account and renewals.
With this action the following changes below are effective immediately (June 23, 2008). The hosting plans and their respective prices are also modified based on the recent demand of most of our customers. We also removed some of the present services.
1. We are NO longer offering our basic plan (ipStarter).
2. We are NO longer offering our e-mail forwarding and domain forwarding.

4. New Hosting Features
What is Add-On Domain? Add-On feature is the capability of hosting more than (1) domain in your own hosting account without having separate hosting subscription. However, this feature doesn’t give you the capability of assigning storage/bandwidth quota for each domain. All the domains hosted under your account will automatically utilize the quota assigned to your account.
RoundCube Webmail is a browser-based multilingual IMAP client with an application-like user interface. It provides full functionality you expect from an e-mail client, including MIME support, address book, folder manipulation, message searching and spell checking. RoundCube Webmail is written in PHP and requires a MySQL or Postgres database. The user interface is fully skinnable using XHTML and CSS 2.

5. New Restrictions and Policy
a) Back-Up Restoration - We are now charging $30 USD for daily back-up restoration request. However, weekly back-up is always available in your Cpanel by just simply visiting the “Backup” option under Files.
We strongly suggest you to back-up your entire account very often especially if you have critical information or before making any changes on the website.

You may also see this in your Help menu inside your Cpanel.
Of course, if the restoration is needed from something of our fault, it’ll be done free of charge.
b) Outgoing Mail Limits is 200 e-mails per hour. E-mails exceeding the 200 limit will be discarded. We are doing this since most of the ISP’s are presently utilizing the SpamHaus services and we are preventing our server to block by this system. Customers requiring sending out constant large mailings should contact us.
c) We will be providing you the additional instructions and policies like the Terms of Use, once your account is already transferred to our new server.
IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ:
CUSTOMERS WHO WERE ABLE TO AVAIL OUR SPECIAL PROMOS, EXISTING ADD-ON SERVICES (like: mail and domain forwarding) AND CUSTOMERS THAT ARE PRESENTLY IN THE OLD HOSTING PLANS WILL REMAIN ON THE SAME SERVER UNTIL YOUR RESPECTIVE SUBSCRIPTION EXPIRES; NO CHANGES OR ADDITIONAL PAYMENT IS REQUIRED. BEFORE/AFTER THE EXPIRATION DATE YOUR OPTION IS EITHER TO AVAIL OUR NEW HOSTING PLAN OR TERMINATE THE SUBSCRIPTION.
CUSTOMERS PAYING IN MONTHLY BASIS WILL ALSO REMAIN ON THE SAME SERVER FOR THE PERIOD OF 1-YEAR ONLY. ONE YEAR DURATION IS COUNTED FROM THE DATE THAT YOU SUBSCRIBE WITH US. YOU WILL BE RECEIVING A NOTICE TO DECIDE WEATHER YOU WILL TERMINATE THE ACCOUNT OR SUBSCRIBE TO OUR NEW HOSTING PLANS.
